FAQ

What clients ask before the first meeting

What happens in the demo session?

45 minutes showing how our system serves your specific training program: which product fits your need, how it integrates with your systems, and what impact to expect in the first sessions. We bring the hardware with us.

Where is trainee data stored?

Inside the Kingdom. We run data locally within your environment or in Kingdom-based hosting depending on your policy, and export results into your existing systems. Your trainees’ data never moves to an external platform, and ownership stays entirely with you.

Do we need to buy hardware before we start?

No. We bring the hardware to the demo session and through the extended trial. Hardware procurement is discussed as part of the final implementation plan — after you know exactly what you need, not before.

Do you really own the experiences you show?

Yes — 100% Al-Amad intellectual property, built in-house with native Arabic content. No imported templates, and no ceiling on what we develop next.

What is your relationship with Umm Al-Qura University?

Wadi Makkah Innovations — the investment and innovation arm wholly owned by Umm Al-Qura University — incubates Al-Amad and holds a 5% strategic stake, creating an indirect institutional link we state transparently. Al-Amad is a legally and operationally independent entity under its own commercial registration. Alongside that runs a separate track: the University's College of Medicine is our reference project, a client relationship standing on its own.
